I bought a leather sofa, at least thought so, apparently it was bonded leather. It started to peel small pieces of fabric from the head rest. Before, I realized i had bought warranty on it, it was couple of months. They said I should have reported within the first 5 days the first peeling happened and now will not do anything for me.

I do not see that kind of note on the paper they had provided to me. I am unable to use this sofa so planning to replace them.

This is one more of those warranties which will find a clause to make the warranty null and not help you in need. Frauds!!
