We purchased a new sofa from Mathis Bros in Ontario, Calif. We paid the delivery charge and set delivery for Friday between 4 and 9 PM.
The truck never showed, we called the store and they could not explain why they did not deliver. We rescheduled for Sunday, same times, and they promised to call us 1 hour before they would arrive.
At 7:00 PM we called to check status of the delivery and were told that a delivery time was not scheduled. We called the store and canceled the purchase, they said they would refund our money in 4 days.
