We bought some of the most expensive furniture from MB. (Century, Henredon, Drexel Heritage). All of it was special ordered using their "Design Experts". We were extremely disappointed with the Drexel Heritage sofa. Cushions were malformed, fabric started piling just after a few months. The Century leather ottoman seams were sewn crooked. I will NEVER shop at Mathis Brothers again! They say that they have all of their furniture ready to take home the day you come in but that is a lie! My family has spent thousands and thousands of dollars there shopping for years, and we ALWAYS have an issue when it comes to delivery. We purchased a mattress at Mathis Brothers in Indio Ca. For Two thousand dollars. My husband was having bad back problems. The first mattress after one week was sinking in different area. They came out and measured it. They took it back. They refused to refund our money. Second mattress deliver and the smell was awful. Must have been sitting in a warehouse for too long. Returned. Worst customer service EVER! I wish there were more furniture stores in Tulsa! Wow! Every single time i had furniture delivered which was a lot, it was damaged! Had to deliver at least 5 x & still damaged! One Manager was a compete a__ over the deal & i finally decided 2 keep last shipment which was still damaged & he was only willing to take a small portion off the bill! Bought couch and the main seating cushion damaged. After going through the customer service dept -many times, they agreed to replace it. 11 weeks later ... NO cushion has arrived.  Called but still no response. Therefore .... Lots of talk with NO resolution.  VERY disappointed.  The ART furniture looks nice but is very poorly constructed. We walked into a Mathis Brothers ashley franchise store in Norman, OK on a Sunday afternoon. Wound up choosing a master bed suite and kitchen table set. Purchased two recliners sales said was in stock and ready to pick up 15 minutes. After numerous inquires over 90 minutes they finally admitted couldn't find in warehouse. Had I not got demanding of an explanation they would have let me sit there till closing time. Demanded money back! Informed it will take 72 hours to show credit. BAD service
