Wow! Every single time i had furniture delivered which was a lot, it was damaged!

Had to deliver at least 5 x & still damaged!

One Manager was a compete a__ over the deal & i finally decided 2 keep last shipment which was still damaged & he was only willing to take a small portion off the bill!

I will never shop Mathis bros again!!!

Also ordered almost 10,000 worth dining & they claimed wouldnt fit in my dining with out even bringing in & those pieces were also damaged so we sent them on their way! Wow again!!!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

So sad that we as consumers have to threaten the Furniture Retailers, because they will not do what is right and just, and refund or exchange for damage merchandise. Living Spaces, Ashley, And Mathis Brothers i have purchased furniture from.

What i now have to do if there is a problem, is tell them and i mean it, i will contact local media, Consumer Advocate Groups, Take pictures and post them on their windows. And take the damaged furniture and park it in their parking lot for all to see.

It works for me. Buying furniture should not be this hard, and they ought to be grateful that they have customers, and treat us with respect.
